Terms and Conditions of Sale – Maison Pearl

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the website operated by:

Hereinafter referred to as "Maison Pearl", "we" or "the seller".

 

2) Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all product sales offered on the Maison Pearl website, including:

  • Caviar by unit

  • Curated boxes

  • Selected beverages

  • Tasting accessories

Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

 

3) Products

Products are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.

Certain products, particularly exclusive or premium formats, may be available on prior order only.

 

4) Orders

Orders can be placed directly through the website.

Maison Pearl reserves the right to:

  • refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute,

  • request additional information,

  • limit quantities ordered for certain products.

Specific requests, orders outside standard hours or bespoke compositions are only possible after prior contact.

 

5) Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise stated.

Maison Pearl reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with no retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.

Any applicable delivery charges are indicated prior to final order confirmation.

 

6) Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payment methods are secured through approved payment providers.
Maison Pearl does not retain any banking data.

An order is considered final only after payment confirmation.

 

7) Delivery and collection

a) Delivery
Maison Pearl operates primarily within Belgium, according to the terms specified at the time of ordering.

b) Collection
Collection is available by appointment only, at the address communicated upon order confirmation.

Indicated timeframes are given as estimates. Maison Pearl cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

 

8) Food products – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products, such as caviar and beverages.

No return or refund can be accepted after order confirmation and preparation, except in the case of a proven error attributable to Maison Pearl.

 

9) Claims

Any claim must be submitted by email to: info@maison-pearl.be
within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt or collection of the order.

Products must be kept in their original condition for any potential verification.

 

10) Liability

Maison Pearl cannot be held liable for:

  • improper storage of the product after handover to the client,

  • use not in accordance with recommendations,

  • force majeure events.

Maison Pearl's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order in question.

 

11) Intellectual property

All website content (texts, visuals, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Maison Pearl.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

 

12) Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

13) Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts of Belgium shall have sole jurisdiction.
