1) Scope

This delivery policy applies to all orders placed with Maison Pearl, whether products ordered by unit, in a box or bespoke.

 

2) Delivery terms

Deliveries are made:

• to the address provided by the client at the time of ordering,

• according to the time slots and conditions agreed upon at confirmation.

Delivery times are provided as estimates.
Any request for delivery outside standard hours must be agreed in advance.

Maison Pearl reserves the right to refuse a delivery if the storage or safety conditions of the product cannot be guaranteed.

 

3) Collection by appointment

As an alternative to delivery, Maison Pearl offers collection by appointment.

Practical details (location, date, time) are communicated after order confirmation.
No collection without a prior appointment will be accepted.

 

5) Delivery charges

Delivery zones and conditions

Our deliveries are organised according to a simple principle: quality of service, discretion and logistical consistency.
Delivery conditions vary depending on distance and the required minimum order amount.

Local delivery – Province of Liège

Zone 0 to 15 km
Minimum order: €59
Delivery time: ±60 minutes (by appointment)
Delivery charge: €15
Free delivery from: €250 order

Zone 15 to 30 km
Minimum order: €150
Delivery time: ±75 minutes (by appointment)
Delivery charge: €25
Free delivery from: €350 order

Zone 30 to 50 km
Minimum order: €250
Delivery time: ±2 hours (by appointment)
Delivery charge: €50

Deliveries in this zone are organised for higher-value orders, to ensure controlled logistics.

Delivery elsewhere in Belgium

Deliveries outside the Province of Liège are possible on request, for orders of a substantial amount.
The minimum order is defined on a case-by-case basis, depending on distance and the nature of the order.

Collection by appointment

Collection by appointment is available and entirely free of charge.
Practical details are communicated after order confirmation.

Important information

All deliveries are made by appointment only.
Indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Sensitive products (caviar, champagne, spirits) are packaged specifically to guarantee their quality upon receipt.

 

6) Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates.
They may vary depending on:

• the nature of the products,

• the volume of the order,

• the period (holidays, high demand),

• circumstances beyond Maison Pearl's control.

Maison Pearl cannot be held liable for delays due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances.

 

7) Food products and liability

As Maison Pearl's products are sensitive food items, the client is required to:

• be present at the time of delivery or collection,

• immediately check the condition of the order.

Once the order has been handed over to the client, Maison Pearl cannot be held liable for improper storage, cold chain disruption or inappropriate use.

 

8) Absence at time of delivery

In the event of the client's absence at the agreed time:

• delivery may be rescheduled,

• additional charges may apply,

• the order may be cancelled without refund if product quality can no longer be guaranteed.

9) Special orders and pre-orders

Certain products or formats may be offered on pre-order only.

Timeframes, delivery conditions and specific terms are communicated to the client upon order confirmation.
