The caviar of the obvious. Melting grains, buttery and briny notes, generous length on the palate. The natural starting point of the tasting.


Osciètre Caviar — 30g · Sturia
More structured, more complex. Creamy grains with deep green reflections, notes of dairy and olive oil. The intermediate expression that reveals the richness of the spectrum.


Beluga Caviar — 30g · Sturia
The summit. Large grains with anthracite grey reflections, buttery texture of rare generosity, notes of almond and tonka bean, acidic finish. Incomparable.


Demoiselle Champagne — 75cl
Generous format to accompany the full tasting. Fresh, lively, precise — it respects the singularity of each caviar without ever imposing itself.
