Déclaration d’accessibilité 

1) Engagement en matière d’accessibilité

 

Maison Pearl s’engage à rendre son site internet accessible au plus grand nombre, dans la mesure du possible, conformément aux principes d’accessibilité numérique et aux exigences du Règlement (UE) 2016/2102 et des Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

 

L’accessibilité est envisagée comme un processus d’amélioration continue, tenant compte des contraintes techniques, esthétiques et fonctionnelles du site.

 

 

2) État de conformité

 

Le site Maison Pearl est partiellement conforme aux exigences d’accessibilité applicables.

 

Certaines fonctionnalités ou contenus peuvent ne pas être entièrement accessibles à tous les utilisateurs, notamment en raison :

 

-de contraintes techniques liées à la plateforme utilisée,

-de contenus visuels nécessitant encore des ajustements,

-de certaines limitations d’outils tiers intégrés au site.

 

 

3) Contenus non accessibles

 

Malgré les efforts déployés, certains éléments peuvent présenter des difficultés d’accessibilité, notamment :

 

certaines images ou visuels décoratifs ne disposant pas encore de descriptions alternatives complètes,

certaines structures de navigation ou éléments interactifs pouvant nécessiter des améliorations,

certains contrastes de couleurs ou tailles de texte perfectibles selon les standards d’accessibilité.

 

Ces points font l’objet d’une attention progressive afin d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.

 

 

4) Améliorations en cours

 

Maison Pearl travaille régulièrement à :

 

-améliorer la lisibilité et la clarté des contenus,

-optimiser la navigation du site,

-renforcer la compatibilité avec les outils d’assistance (lecteurs d’écran, navigation clavier).

 

Les mises à jour du site intègrent ces objectifs dans la mesure du possible.
